Cooking in the oven is a very healthy way. In this case, you can use less oil, there is no danger of a burned crust containing carcinogens, the dishes are more juicy. It is also important for the hostess that baking requires the least effort, since all the chores end before the refractory dishes are placed in the oven and the timer is set at the right time. Cutlets with tomato and cheese are especially tasty in the oven.
How to cook minced meat for cutlets
Of course, the most delicious homemade minced meat. In this case, you can be sure of the quality and freshness of all the ingredients. Before cooking, place half a glass of drinking water in the freezer.
Take 60% of beef and 40% of pork, roll meat in a meat grinder or chop finely with a knife. If the pork is low fat, you can add a little fat to the minced meat. Finely chop a large onion, add it to the meat. Salt to taste. If the dish is not intended for children, pepper the minced meat, add a couple of cloves of garlic, your favorite spices.

To cook in the oven cutlets with tomato and cheese we need:
- 500 - 700 g of minced meat;
- 100 - 150 g of cheese;
- sunflower oil to lubricate the pan;
- salt, spices to taste;
1. Wash and lightly grease the pan with sunflower oil. This is very convenient to do with a cooking brush.
2. Wet your hands and form cutlets the size of a palm. When baked, they will decrease, but retain a maximum of juiciness. When sculpting, try to make all cutlets of the same size.
3. Place cutlets on a baking sheet at a distance of 1-2 cm from each other.
4. Place the pan in the oven. Select convection mode and temperature of 190 degrees.
5. After 15 minutes, gently turn the patties.

We will need:
- 0.7 kg of minced meat;
- 250 g of cheese;
- vegetable oil for greasing the pan;
- 4 medium tomatoes;
- greens;
- salt, spices to taste.
- Lightly grease a clean baking sheet with sunflower oil.
- Put the minced meat on a wet hand and turn it into a cake. Place a piece of cheese in the center. Wrap the cheese with minced meat, forming a patty. Pat at all seams to make the meat ball tight.

- Select the convection mode, temperature 190 degrees and bake the patty with cheese for 40 minutes. Periodically pour the patties with juice that will stand out when baking.

The second option for cooking meatballs with tomato and cheese in the oven
We will need:
- 1 kg of minced meat;
- vegetable oil for greasing the pan;
- 1.0-1.5 kg of tomatoes;
- 200-300 g of cheese;
- salt, spices to taste.
- Prepare a high-sided pan suitable for baking in the oven, grease it with sunflower oil.
- Form wet-sized patties in the palm of your hand. Lay them in the mold at a distance of 1-2 cm.
- Use a blender to make a tomato sauce. To do this, wash them, cut into pieces and beat them with a grinder. If you do not have a blender, wipe the tomatoes on a grater, trying to leave the peel. The skin does not need to be used.
- In a separate bowl, season the fresh tomato sauce. If the dish is not intended for children, use pepper, your favorite spices, and garlic. If desired, add 100 g of sour cream to the sauce.
- Pour the patties with the resulting sauce and put the dishes in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees in convection mode.
- Grate the cheese. After 15 minutes, remove the form, sprinkle the patties in the sauce with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 25 minutes.
