This side dish is ideal for chicken, meat and fish.

Spaghetti with tomatoes

Ingredients: spaghetti, tomatoes, onions.

Boil the spaghetti and rinse. Finely chopped onions and tomatoes, previously peeled. Put onions in a pan and fry until golden brown, then add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Fry for a couple of minutes until the tomatoes are soft. If desired, garlic squeezed through a press can be added.

Oven vegetable side dish

Ingredients: potatoes, onions, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, tomatoes.

Cut potatoes, carrots and zucchini into thin slices, onions in half rings, and bell pepper in strips.
