It is even easier to build an elementary sandwich using non-fish products of the sea: squid, shrimp or scallops. How to cook? Boil the scallop muscles, cut, lay on slices of bread and pour in mayonnaise. It is not superfluous to decorate the sandwich with slices of fresh vegetables (tomato, cucumbers), lettuce. Scallops are good as cold snacks. How to cook such a dish? Very simple. Sea scallop meat (200 g), dip in water, in which salt, carrots, pepper and parsley root are added . Boil for about ten minutes. Leave the scallops to cool in the same broth. Then cut the meat into thin slices, put on a plate, and put a thinly sliced ​​lemon (1/2 lemon) next to it.
