Essential Donut Ingredients:
β’ 250 ml of kefir;
β’ one egg;

β’ half a teaspoon of soda;
β’ three tablespoons of table sunflower oil;
β’ two and a half to three glasses of flour;
β’ butter for frying donuts;
β’ powdered sugar (as a powder).
How to make kefir donuts:
1. Combine kefir, egg, salt and sugar and mix well.
2. Next, add soda and a little vegetable oil.
3. Then add the flour (sifted) and knead the dough. As a result, your dough should stick off your hands.
4. Now we divide our dough into two parts and roll each into a layer with an approximate thickness of one centimeter.
5. We take a mug and cut out circles from the dough with it, and inside the circle, using a glass, we make a notch. And so far we do not use all the dough.
6. Heat the pan and pour oil, about one centimeter from the bottom of the pan.
7. Put the donuts in the heated oil and fry well on one side and the other on medium heat.
8. Take out the donuts and sprinkle with powder (you can without it).

Custard donuts
Essential Ingredients:
β’ half a kilogram of flour;
β’ two eggs;
β’ half a liter of milk;
β’ approximately seven grams of yeast (dry);
β’ 250 grams of sugar;
β’ one hundred grams of chocolate (white);
β’ vegetable oil;
β’ powder;
β’ salt;
β’ vanilla;
β’ two tablespoons of brandy (you can and without it).
A method of making donuts with custard.
We take a deep bowl and combine milk (250 grams), sugar (150 grams), salt, one egg, cognac, yeast, vanilla and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in it. Next, add the flour and you can knead our dough. We leave the dough for about half an hour.
While the dough is suitable, mix 50 grams of milk (cold), one hundred grams of sugar and one egg. Then add two tablespoons of flour and beat well with a whisk.
We boil one hundred grams of milk and introduce it into the milk-egg mixture. Stir until thickened. Then add the chocolate and stir until it dissolves. Leave the cream to cool.
From the dough you need to wind the balls in size similar to a chicken egg.
Then we form a cake from the ball, put a teaspoon of cream in the center and carefully filling the edges, make the ball again.
Fry donuts in sunflower oil.
Finished donuts can optionally be sprinkled with powder.

The process of making pies:
1. Add yeast to slightly warm kefir, then sugar, a little salt and vegetable oil.
2. Then gradually you need to add flour (sifted). Knead a soft dough. Knead the dough for about ten minutes, so that it turns out elastic and does not stick to your hands.
3. Roll the resulting dough into a ball, put it in a deep bowl and cover with a film. Leave the dough for about one and a half to two hours.
4. While you can cook the filling. Boil hard-boiled eggs, and then peel and cut them into cubes.
5. Cut the onion and add it to the eggs. Salt focusing on your taste. You can even have a little pepper.
6. When the dough comes up, you need to put it on the table and mash for about ten minutes. Then we roll the dough into a tourniquet, and cut into identical pieces.
