To prepare a real diet dish, you need to completely review its composition. The dough from zucchini for pizza will significantly reduce the calorie content of the finished product, and its taste will not be affected at all. For a vegetable base, we need the following products:

  • Young zucchini - 700 grams.
  • Semolina - half a glass.
  • Whole grain wheat flour - three tablespoons.
  • One chicken egg.
  • One spoonful of fiber or bran milled in a blender.
  • Salt.

Zucchini need to be peeled, remove seeds, grate, set aside for ten minutes, and then squeeze out the allocated juice. Add the remaining products and mix them well. The dough is ready!

You can take any products that are left in the refrigerator, finely chop them, put on a base, sprinkle with cheese, grease with ketchup or mayonnaise.   • Mushrooms are your favorite forest or champignon mushrooms.
  • Yellow and red bell peppers.
  • Tomatoes

This recipe is for those who are used to saving their time. For the test, we take:

  • Two glasses of flour.
  • One glass of water.
  • One spoonful of yeast.
  • A bit of salt.

Dissolve salt and yeast in water. To make the pizza base soft, add a spoonful of olive oil to it. Sift the flour, pour on a table with a slide, make a small depression and pour water there. Knead the dough, cover it with a film. While it rises, grate or finely chop:

  • Half a large zucchini.
  • 200 grams of sausage.
  • Two tomatoes.
  • Cheese.

We divide the finished dough into several parts. We roll out one, put in the bowl of the multicooker, grease with sauce. The dish will turn out tastier if you pre-fry the zucchini rings in a frying pan until golden brown. We spread the filling, sprinkle it with cheese, decorate with herbs and set the mode to "baking". For those who decided to temporarily abandon fatty dishes, we offer to please themselves with their lightweight option. Mini zucchini pizza is prepared as follows:

  1. Large zucchini cut into thin circles, salt, pepper and fry with the addition of a drop of vegetable oil over low heat.
  2. We cut tomatoes, bell peppers, olives and smoked sausage into thin strips.
  3. Grind cheese on a fine grater.

  • Defrost puff pastry, divide it and roll it into thin layers.
