  • A glass of peeled walnuts.
  • 3 medium-sized apples.
  • Β½ cup brown sugar.
  • Β½ chicken egg (for lubrication).

Flour is combined with sugar, salt and baking powder. Pieces of cold oil are added to the resulting mixture and rubbed all this thoroughly with your hands. Eggs are driven into the resulting crumbs, the soft dough is kneaded and put on the shelf of the refrigerator.   • 1 tsp baking powder.

  • 100 g of crystalline sugar.
  • 2 thin-skinned lemons.

Since the top of the product will be covered with meringue, you will have to additionally prepare another 50 grams of sweet sand and egg white.

It is advisable to start the process with the preparation of cakes. To do this, beat the yolks with sugar. The clarified mass is added with melted butter, sour cream and half of the citrus peel, removed from existing lemons. At the final stage, all this is thoroughly kneaded with flour.   • 300 g of apples.
  • 200 g of peasant oil.
  • 200 g of cane sugar.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 2 selected eggs.

Eggs are divided into proteins and yolks. The first is cleaned in the refrigerator, the second is whipped with half of the available sweet sand. Flour, butter and baking powder are added to the resulting mass. Everything is thoroughly kneaded by hand and divided into two unequal parts.   • 300 g of high-grade wheat flour.
  • 100 g of peasant oil.
  • 100 g cane sugar.
  • 10 g of baking powder.
  • 2 selected eggs.
  • A pinch of kitchen salt.

To prepare a fragrant filling for a shortbread cake with berries, the above list will have to be supplemented. They enter into it:

  • 300 g of fresh blueberries.
  • 300 g of not too fat cottage cheese.
  • 150 g of fine sugar.
  • 150 g of thick sour cream.

  • 200 g premium wheat flour.
  • 200 g of fine sugar.
  • 200 g unsalted butter.
  • 3 selected eggs.
  • 100 g dry semolina.
  • 300 g raspberry jam.
  • 2 tbsp. l any liquor.
  • 1 tbsp. l starch.

Grind the flour with half the available oil and 100 g of sweet sand. A beaten egg is introduced into the resulting mass. All is thoroughly mixed, rolled out with a rolling pin, laid out in a greased form, pricked with a fork and sent to the refrigerator. Twenty minutes later, the cooled cake is smeared with jam with the addition of starch and covered with a filling made of semolina, two eggs, liquor, leftover butter and sweet sand. Bake dessert for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees.

With cherry jam and meringue

This delicious and fragrant dessert will be a good addition to family gatherings over a mug of hot herbal tea. It very well combines a thin base and a liquid filling. To bake homemade shortcake with jam, you will need:

  • 2 cups premium wheat flour.
  • 125 g of good creamy margarine.
  • Selected Egg.
  • Salt.

All of the above components are needed to knead the shortcrust pastry for the pie. The recipe for this dessert provides for the filling. Therefore, you will have to additionally stock:

  • 500 ml of cherry jam.
  • 4 squirrels.
  • 150 g of fine sugar.
  • 70 g peeled hazelnuts.
  • Vanillin.

Flour is combined with salt and grated frosted margarine. All rub well with your hands, and then knead with an egg and clean for forty minutes in the refrigerator. At the end of the designated time, the dough is rolled out in a thin layer, placed in a greased form and pricked with a fork. A sheet of parchment is lined on top and peas are poured on it. Bake cake for fifteen minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then the semi-finished base is greased with a thin layer of berry syrup and sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts.   • 3 cups premium baking flour.
  • 200 g of good creamy margarine.
  • A glass of crystalline sugar.
  • 2 selected eggs.
  • 300 g thick jam.
  • A bag of vanillin.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

With berries and sour cream filling

This delicious home-made cake is equally loved by both adults and small sweet tooth. It perfectly combines thin sand cake, fresh berries and sour cream fill. To bake such a dessert, you will need:

  • 2 selected eggs.
  • 130 g of good milk margarine.
  • 2 cups premium white flour.
  • 4 tbsp. l cane sugar.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

To make a sweet fill, you will have to additionally prepare:

  • 250 g of fresh sour cream.
  • Selected Egg.
  • 2 tbsp. l premium white flour.
  • 140 g of sugar.
  • 300 g of any fresh berries.

Beat eggs with sugar, and then mix with soft margarine, baking powder and flour. The resulting dough is sent to the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour. At the end of the designated time, it is distributed on the bottom of the lubricated form. Lay the berries on top and pour them with sauce made from eggs, sugar, sour cream and flour. Such a cake is baked for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then it is completely cooled, carefully pulled out of the mold and cut into portions.

With cottage cheese and raisins

This interesting pie goes well with hot tea and warm fresh milk. Since cottage cheese and raisins are present in its composition, it turns out to be not only tasty, but also surprisingly useful. To feed your homemade fragrant pastries, you will need:

  • 3 cups premium baking flour.
  • 250 g of good margarine.
  • A whole cup of sugar.
  • 1 tsp soda.

To prepare the filling, you will have to add the following to the list of products:

  • 500 g of fresh cottage cheese.
  • 3 selected eggs.
  • 100 g of raisins.
  • A whole cup of sugar.
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup.

Margarine is ground with flour, and then mixed with sugar and soda. All this is briefly cleaned in the refrigerator. After some time, most of the dough is scattered on the surface of a greased baking sheet. Top with a neat layer distribute the filling made from mashed cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla syrup and raisins. All this is covered with the remaining crumbs and baked for about fifty minutes at a moderate temperature.
