The only thing that makes these shares, strudel, and numerous pies related are apples. They are placed both in the dough and used exclusively for cream. Along with anise or gold filling, other varieties can also appear. As additives, you can take other fruits, both fresh and dry: raisins, dried apricots, figs, lemon ... But just the apple filling is also delicious, the fruits can be prepared in different ways: in the form of chopped slices, mashed potatoes, jam, confiture. Below are some recipes for making a delicious and fragrant dessert.

A pack (200 g) of oil is slightly softened. We clean the lemon, three zest. In the mixer we combine both components, whisk until white with two tablespoons of vanilla and a glass of regular sugar. Continuing to work as a mixer nozzle, we drive four eggs one at a time. When the mass becomes lush, pour 275 g of sifted flour. We change the nozzle from the corollas to the spirals and knead the uncooked dough. Put it in shape.

After that, add sixty grams of softened butter, a quarter cup of milk, stir. Now we mix 75 g of flour with vanilla sugar and a baking powder (per sachet). Sift through a sieve to the egg mass. In this dough we mix apples with dried fruits. Then add 50 grams of crushed nuts. Sicilian apple cake   put in pre-greased and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar form. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Knead shortbread dough (you can use a ready-made one). Divide it into three parts. We roll one in the form of a thin round cake. Lubricate the form with oil, sprinkle with flour. Lay the cake. The second part of the test is forming the sides. We start the resulting notch with a mixture of applesauce, raisins, sugar, a glass of rum and ground nuts. The third part of the dough is also rolled into a cake, with which we cover our apple sand cake. Grease the top of the product with an egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake. And you can make it even easier: peel apples, get rid of stalks and seeds, pass through a meat grinder along with nuts and raisins. Or take ordinary jam or jam, thicken it with a nut mass, season with zest, candied fruit, rum. Separately bake three cakes. Grease the cake, and decorate the top of the dessert with jellied fruits and whipped cream.
