The actor was born on July 8, 1968 in New York, in the family of a prosperous cold arms dealer who made a fortune supplying army knives from Switzerland to the US military.
Michael Weatherly spent his childhood in Fairfield, Connecticut, with relatives. When the time came, I went to college, but after a few months I quit classes. The father was extremely dissatisfied with the behavior of his son, but he explained his decision to the desire to engage in acting.
From early childhood, Michael had only two hobbies: cinema and music. He learned to play the piano and guitar, participated in amateur concerts during the day, and played in the amateur theater in the evenings, dreaming of becoming theatrical or film actor in the future. The first test on TV
Soon, the future actor made his television debut, he performed several episodic roles in three series at once: “Cosby Show”, “Endless Love” and “City”. Michael Weatherly was married only once. In 1995, his wife was actress Amelia Heinle, a partner on several TV shows. The couple has a child: a son named August Manning. In 1997, the marriage of Michael and Amelia, unfortunately, broke up.
In 2000, Weatherly began dating Jessica Alba, whom she met on the set of The Dark Angel. The relationship was more than serious, the young people even announced their engagement. However, the marriage did not take place, in August 2003, the couple officially announced the breakup.
