In addition, peanuts contain many vitamins, amino acids and vegetable fats. It gives strength, relieves fatigue, improves brain function, skin condition, increases hemoglobin (because it contains almost a third of the daily iron norm), improves the functioning of many body systems, and it is also an excellent prevention against baldness and early wrinkles.
But! It is very caloric (100 g of the product contains more than 500 calories). Which is not at all useful given its usefulness.
In order not to exclude peanuts from the diet, you can simply reduce its amount. For example, adding to vegetable dishes.

- 2 cucumbers;

- 200 grams of asparagus beans (you can take fresh or frozen);

- parsley;
- sesame;
- peanut;
- olive oil;
