  • chicken carcass (or 4 breasts);
  • garlic - cloves 4-5;
  • bay leaf;

Steamed chicken in a slow cooker is very simple to prepare, in addition, this dish is low-calorie and very tasty. First you need to prepare the chicken carcass: rinse it, dry it. Cut into large pieces (one piece is one serving), wipe each with spices, herbs and pressed garlic. Now we lay the pieces of chicken on the wire rack for steaming, distribute in an even layer. Pour about five multi-glasses of water into the multicooker bowl, put the prepared bay leaf there. Set the chicken on top of the grill and close the lid. Now let's take care of potatoes: wash, peel and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
