Basic recipe

The simplest recipe for pork baked with pineapple and cheese will require the following foods:

  • 0.5 kg of pork;
  • about 200 g of cheese;
  • canned pineapples (rings);
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the pork into slices about one and a half centimeters thick and beat.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Place portions of meat on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt to taste and pepper.

  • a can of canned pineapples;

  • three tablespoons of mayonnaise;
