Cooking:
Separate the head and tail of the fish. Clean the carcass, separate the insides, rinse. Skip carcass meat several times through a meat grinder.
Also chop the garlic, onion and lard in a meat grinder.
Mix all milled components into a homogeneous mass. Next, add the raw egg and mix again. Add pepper and salt to taste. Stuffing is ready.

Cooking:
Clean the carcass, separate the insides, rinse well and dry. Serve the carcass into pieces. Add spices as desired and taste.
Prepare the fish for frying, loafing each piece in flour or breadcrumbs.
Preheat the pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with oil (vegetable). After warming up the oil, send the pieces of fish to the pan. Fry on both sides until a golden (golden) crust appears.

Milk (300ml)
Flour or crackers (30g)
Onion, (1 pc.)
Butter, (butter), (25g)
