  • about 100 ml of sunflower oil (preferably unrefined);
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
  • 50 g of sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar.

The first thing you need to do is tomatoes. It is better to give preference to large fleshy vegetables to make the lecho tastier. Tomatoes need to be washed very well and cut into pieces. The base of the stalk is removed, the rest is passed through a meat grinder. Then you need to peel the carrots and chop it. To make the lecho not only tasty and healthy, but also beautiful, it is advised to chop the carrots with a special grater so that the slices are the same.

Next, the tomato mixture is poured into a multicooker bowl, vegetable oil, salt and vinegar are added there. The above ingredients are mixed, then carrots are added to them.
