Many children love holiday desserts, decorated in the form of some items related to their hobby. A very popular form for cake decoration is the piano. Such an elegant dessert will not be ashamed to serve even an outstanding pianist.
The basis for the dessert

- 6 chicken eggs;
- 3 cups flour;
- dry yeast - 1 sachet;
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder;
- Β½ cup vegetable oil;
- 2 cups of sugar;
- 1 cup of whole milk;

The yolks are separated from the proteins, then whipped in a separate container until a foam forms. The flour is sifted, baking powder and yeast are added to it. The butter is also whipped until a lighter, tender structure is formed. Along with sugar, oil is poured into proteins and mixed thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Milk is poured, vanilla is added, the contents are mixed again. Gradually pour flour in a thin stream to avoid the formation of lumps. When the mixture is mixed, the dough can be laid out in a mold.
Making biscuit
The dough is laid out in a mold previously oiled. The oven must first be preheated, after which a mold with a dough for baking is placed there. After 30-40 minutes, you should check the readiness, this can be done with a toothpick. If the tip is dry, then itβs time to remove the biscuit. To make it easier to free the cake from its shape, draw a knife along the edge vertically.

Most often, the whole cake is poured on top with hot icing or melted chocolate, black, white or brown colors can be used. The advantage of such jewelry is their simplicity. Chocolate crumbles into small pieces, then warms up, while you can add a couple of tablespoons of milk. Chocolate icing is done in much the same way, only milk is heated, into which several tablespoons of sugar and cocoa powder are added. All this is heated until the consistency becomes absolutely homogeneous.
