Mushrooms should be cut into small pieces, salt and fry lightly in olive oil. We do the same with chicken breast: chop, salt, pepper, fry with onion in olive oil. Try not to buy frozen foods for casseroles. Despite the fact that you will defrost them correctly, bypassing the microwave, they will still give a large amount of liquid when baking. And this must be avoided. Otherwise, we get chicken soup, and not a whole, dense consistency dish.
Oven chicken casserole does not always cook quickly. You can, of course, just add all the products and bake them, but then the treats will lose a lot of taste, and this moment is completely undesirable.
