Grocery set:
- two carrots;
- 700 g minced meat (pork + beef);
- pickles - 2 pieces;
- 130 g of hard cheese;

The practical part:

Ingredients:

- two onions;
- 500 g of minced meat;

1. Let's start by processing the onions. We clean and rinse it. Then dry and chop the pulp. Grind carrots on a grater. Chives can simply be chopped with a knife.
2. Put the minced meat on a plate. Salt and pepper. Add the oatmeal. Pour one raw egg. This is necessary to obtain a homogeneous mass.
3. Now we begin to prepare the filling: boil hard-boiled two eggs, cool them, peel and finely chop.
4. In a deep bowl, send chopped eggs and onions. Put grated carrots in another plate.
5. We get a cling film. We spread the forcemeat, which must be evenly distributed. We should get a small rectangle. Put the onion and egg filling on top of the minced meat. The last layer will be grated carrots.

- 50 g of walnuts;
- a bunch of cilantro;
- one carrot;
- 500 g of turkey minced meat;
- Provencal herbs;
- one onion;
- 50 g of Parmesan cheese;

Cooking process:
Step number 1. Peel the apple and onion. Cut them into cubes. You can grind in a blender to a puree state.
