Her name is Beverly Penn. They fall in love with each other at first sight. Peter faces a difficult choice - to stay with the beautiful girl he fell in love with, or to escape from his pursuer.

It turns out that Soames has magical powers. With their help, he finds the girl, trying to abduct her. He believes that the universe itself sent the girl to Peter.
