Then you need to add the tomatoes, pepper and salt and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. For Bechamel sauce, we need to melt the butter, add the flour, mixing well, and, of course, lightly fry. Then pour a thin stream of milk into the crutch, stirring well, and bring to a boil. All this mass must be heated until it becomes like liquid sour cream. Note that during the preparation of the sauce you need to constantly monitor so that it is without lumps. Then add salt and, to taste, nutmeg or garlic. In a baking dish, put the pasta in an even layer, put half of the Bechamel sauce on it, the third layer we will have minced meat, spread on it the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese at the end. It must be remembered that, laying out each of the layers, it is necessary to properly align it. All this must be put in the oven and baked for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
