How to cook delicious beef skewers? The recipe for this dish does not just include a large amount of onion. After all, it is due to it that the meat becomes juicy and soft. But just putting onions is not enough. The meat must be soaked in its juice. Another option is to skip the onion through a meat grinder and squeeze the juice from the resulting mixture. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.
