Dissolve sugar, salt in water and add ghee. We mix the mass and add the serum. Sift the flour (0.5 kg) and mix with yeast. The resulting mixture is gradually poured into the liquid and knead the dough. The remainder of the flour is added in the process as needed. The dough should have a soft consistency. We lubricate its surface with vegetable oil and set for proofing.
Meanwhile, you can cook the filling. It will consist of two separate components, which are mixed immediately before the molding of the pies. Boil the potatoes and knead. Shred the cabbage very finely and knead with salt. Then stew it in a saucepan in vegetable oil. In the cooking process, you can add chopped onions, carrots.
Mix the finished mashed potatoes with stewed cabbage. We form pies and fry them for three minutes on each side in a completely dry pan. Ready patties with potatoes and cabbage grease with butter and serve.
Quick pies
The recipe for quick pies with potatoes is the dream of every housewife. Dough and filling for the dish are prepared very quickly. But at the same time, the pies come out no less soft and tasty than yeast.
Ingredients:
- flour (550 g);
- potato (490 g);
- kefir (240 ml);
- vegetable oil;
- baking powder (1 tsp);
- salt.
Kefir is mixed with eggs, salt, sugar and butter. Beat the resulting mixture. Sift 300 grams of flour with baking powder.
