- 1 cup butter.
- One cup of brown sugar.
- Β½ cup granulated sugar.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 2 eggs, large.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 3 cups universal flour.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 large package (240 grams) of M & M's chocolates with chocolate filling + ΒΌ cup for decoration.
Cooking process
In a large container, mix sugar, butter and salt. Beat with a mixer at a low speed for a minute, then at medium - for the same amount of time.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix at low speed until the eggs break, and then beat at high for a minute. The mixture should ultimately be pale yellow and very light.
Add a glass of flour mixed with baking powder. Stir, then sprinkle the remaining flour. Put the M & M's chocolates (without nuts) and again lightly beat with a mixer at low speed.
Using a tablespoon, place the dough on a baking sheet covered in baking paper. Spread it in the form of drops and align it with your hands. Place a few M & M's candies on each piece, slightly drowning them in the dough.
Bake cookies with MMdems in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the surface of the products begins to crack and their color becomes light golden brown.
Let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes before transferring them to another bowl.
Chocolate option
In addition to the classic vanilla treats, you can also make chocolate cookies with MMdems - these crunchy dragees will perfectly complement its taste. What do you need for this?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips;
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter;
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon universal flour;
- 1/4 cup classic sugar-free cocoa powder;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1/2 teaspoon of tea salt;
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar;
- 1/4 cup + two tablespoons of sugar light brown;
- 2 large eggs;
- 2 tablespoons whole milk;
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract;
- 1 and 1/2 cups of M & M's chocolate dragee;
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate.
Chocolate cookies with MMdems: recipe
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put two large baking sheets with parchment paper, lightly grease them with vegetable oil and set aside.
Place semisweet chocolate chips and butter in a small microwave bowl. Heat the mixture for several 15 second periods, mixing between them. Repeat this process until the butter and chocolate have completely melted and can be easily mixed. Set aside. You can also perform this process on the stove if you do not have a microwave.
In a medium-sized container, mix cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
In a separate medium-sized dish, beat sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients and mix to combine them. Make sure you have a completely uniform mass. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture, M & M's sweets and crushed milk chocolate into it, stirring until all the ingredients are combined.
Start spreading cookies with MMdems on prepared baking sheets, leveling their edges with a cup or glass. Then put them in the oven and increase the cooking temperature to 200 degrees. Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until the edges of the items are firm.
