Childhood and youth

The actor was born on February 13, 1988 in Samara (formerly Kuybyshev). From an early age, Alexander showed interest in creativity. His parents were far from art, but decided to develop his son's talent. So, while still in kindergarten, Alexander Soldatkin became a member of the Zadumka children's musical theater team. There, experienced teachers helped develop his musical, vocal and choreographic abilities. After leaving school, Alexander went to Moscow to become a professional actor. Fate smiled at a young talent: he immediately entered the Boris Schukin Theater Institute, which he graduated with honors in 2009.

First successes

Already in his student years, Alexander Soldatkin showed his acting talent by participating in theatrical productions of his university. He played the main role in the play "Nose", directed by Oleg Gerasimov - Alexander's classmate. For the role of Ruy Blaz in the thesis, staged on the drama of Victor Hugo, he was awarded the Golden Leaf Prize.

Alexander had a chance to try his hand in another field. At the Boris Schukin Institute for some time he worked as an assistant director and assistant choreographer.

Theatrical career

After graduation, Alexander Soldatkin was accepted into the corpses of the Vakhtangov Moscow Theater. Melpomene was supportive of the young actor and he did not have to wait for vivid roles for a long time: Soldatkin was busy in almost all theater productions. He always took on complex and characteristic roles. The viewer was especially fond of the viewer in the image of Lieutenant Champlatro ("Mademoiselle Nitus") and Christian ("Cyrano de Bergerac"). The characteristic actor Soldatkin Alexander was also remembered by the audience on the stage of the Roman Viktyuk theater, where he played a major role in the production of “The Handmaids”, as well as in the image of Salieri in the entreprise “Antonio and Amadeus”, which premiered on the stage of “Theater Do”.

The actor did not forget about the art of dance. Being a laureate of many international choreography competitions, he had long dreamed of opening a dance school. And over time, his dream came true. But unfortunately, not at home, but in Berlin, where the actor lives at the moment.

The first work of Alexander in the frame took place in his student years. At one of the many castings that the young actor attended, he was noticed. Alexander got a small role in the series “Night of Love”.

The fame and love of the moviegoer came to the actor in 2011, along with the role of Ilya in the popular television series "Zaitsev + 1".

In this project, the actor was busy until 2013, simultaneously filming in television films: "Only You", "Without Statute of Limitations", "Angel in the Heart" and "Wanted". On the big screen, Alexander appeared in Andrei Silkin’s melodrama The Deal, where he played the main male role. The painting is dedicated to the art of dance, which, of course, is close to Soldatkin. However, as a dramatic actor, he also had something to work with, since serious passions rage in the frame.

In 2015, the actor played the role of Igor in Andrei Zapisov’s melodrama “Concurrently Wife”. The actor managed to feel the character of the main character right away, because he already had to play spoiled beauties. But the character is changing for the better, and the viewer is watching his transformation. The painting and work of Alexander Soldatkin received positive reviews from critics. At the moment, Alexander does not have new film works, but viewers are looking forward to meeting their favorite actor.
