- 1.5 tbsp. l vinegar essence;
- 2 onions;
- 1β4 tbsp. l mayonnaise;
- salt, pepper, basil.

Recipe
Rinse the pork thoroughly, remove the streaks and film. Dry the meat with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Cut the pork into large pieces and transfer to a deep container, convenient for pickling.
