Bean soup for the joy of adults and children

Choosing a diet and at the same time tasty nutrition, it is worth considering a closer look at a product such as beans. A wide range of useful properties puts it on a par with the top ten most useful products.

Bean soup is perfect for a fasting day meal or for people with diabetes. A successful combination of minerals, amino acids, vitamins, sugars, starch and high-quality protein make beans a welcome guest on our table. From it you can cook a large number of dishes. But we have more common soup with beans in various variations.

Eating even canned beans is very beneficial. After heat treatment, it retains 80 percent of minerals and 70 percent of vitamins. When preparing any dish from beans, you should know that it is much better absorbed in combination with vegetables than with fish or meat.

Consider several cooking options:

Β· Soup with beans and mushrooms. For this dish we prepare two hundred grams of any boiled mushrooms. Frozen champignons or butterfish are perfect. It will also take three hundred grams of beef bones, one onion, one hundred grams of canned beans, half a glass of sour cream, one hundred grams of a frozen mixture of any vegetables. Cook a strong bone broth and filter it through a sieve. From a can of canned beans, drain the water and wipe it in mashed potatoes, then mix with the broth. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Thawed vegetable mixture and mushrooms are put in a pan to beans, salt if desired and cook over low heat until cooked. Pour soup into portioned plates, add sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.

Β· Soup with beans and chicken. The most delicious soup is made from beans with chicken meat. It combines the dietary properties of both products. To prepare it, you need the following list of products: four hundred grams of chicken, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a clove of garlic, one stalk of celery, one can of red and white canned beans, four hundred grams of chickpea, a can of corn, a tablespoon of paprika, several sprigs of marjoram and liter of chicken stock. Chicken meat is cut into small strips and fry until crusted in vegetable oil. Boil chickpeas in advance or take canned. Peeled garlic pass through a press. Cut the stem of celery into ringlets. We drain water from beans, corn and chickpeas. Chopped celery and garlic in the same oil as chicken. We mix the fried vegetables, chickpeas, corn, beans in a saucepan and pour the finished chicken broth. Salt at will and season with paprika. Cook for 20 minutes. Ready soup with beans is poured into portioned plates. In each we put chicken meat and a sprig of marjoram.

Β· Soup with beans and sausage. Such a soup is prepared very quickly. The taste of smoked sausages gives it a special piquancy that men like so much. To please your household with such a dish, you will need: two hundred grams of canned beans, two bell peppers, two small onions, a bunch of greens, a few cloves of garlic, five hundred grams of tomatoes, four smoked sausages, a pinch of red and white pepper, vegetable oil. Peel the garlic and onion from the husk. We remove the stem from the pepper and cut it into thin strips. Drain the beans from the beans. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Fry onions, garlic and tomatoes in vegetable oil. Add the straws of pepper and beans to the stewpan . Stew for 10 minutes. Cut the sausages into ringlets and put them to the vegetables. Pour boiling water, salt if desired. Fresh herbs, chop finely. Five minutes before cooking, add white and red pepper to the soup with beans. Pour the finished dish into portioned plates and sprinkle with herbs.
