Every year in the fall, a delicious dietary product, zucchini, appears on our table. Despite the fact that caviar is most often prepared from them, we want to offer snacks that are suitable even on a festive table. Cooking zucchini does not take much time and effort.
Garlic and cheese appetizer
It is necessary to take:
- One small zucchini.
- Hard cheese - fifty grams.
- Parsley.
- A couple of cloves of garlic.
- Ginger powder.
- Salt, oil, flour.
Cooking zucchini does not take much time. Wash vegetables, cut into plates a few millimeters thick. Sprinkle some ginger on top. Grate the cheese. Rinse and peel all vegetables. Cut into small cubes. Peel the tomatoes. Fry onion, pepper and carrots in oil for several minutes. Then put zucchini and tomatoes to them, simmer until tender. At the end of cooking, add seasonings and garlic, herbs. It can be served both cold and hot.
