"Love with accent". International comedy actors

Despite the fact that political metamorphoses were brewing in Georgia, director Rezo shot the lyrical comedy “Love with an Accent” in 2012 (front-end actors: S. Bondarchuk, F. Yankovsky, N. Mikhalkova, A. Mikhalkova, N. Efremov). The film tells touching and sometimes naive stories taking place in the vast expanses of Georgia.

In the film “Love with an Accent”, the actors and roles of which were selected by the director for each other with particular care, several separate stories, short stories and many main characters.

The main character of the Helga from Vilnius short story, Lithuanian television employee Helga (actress Anna Mikhalkova), having heard the story of a 93-year-old Georgian who recently became the father of a healthy boy, sets off for Georgia in search of a suitable candidate for the role of future father to his child.

In the novel “The Wedding”, the heroes (fashion director Filippa Yankovsky and shark producer Svetlana Bondarchuk) played the roles of well-known well-known spouses tired of each other, whose family life is at risk, on the verge of a divorce process. Spouses accidentally meet in one of the mountain ranges of Georgia on the set of a new movie.

The short story “Zuka and Gio” introduces the viewer to the silent hero Merab Ninidze, who, due to circumstances, is hiding from the police and falls in love with his neighbor (Nadezhda Mikhalkova), who lives in the house opposite.

The short story “The Wedding” will tell the story of a young doctor (Arthur Smolyaninov), hurrying to the bridegroom arranged by the family of his future Georgian wife (Sofia Nizharadze).

The title of the novel “Sochi-Batumi” characterizes the route that young lovers (heroes Nikita Efremov and Tinatin Dalakashvili) who are fleeing from Sochi from the girls in Batumi, who are victims of a charming swindler performed by actor Misha Meskhi, are fleeing from Sochi.

In the episode “Guide and Cook”, the hero Duta Shirtladze, a meek cook who is almost hopelessly in love with a guide-guide (actress Olga Babluani), suffers from the fact that he can’t find a way to open up his beloved, given her delicate and romantic nature.

No less important

In the hypostasis of invited stars of show business, real masters appeared - the unsurpassed Nani Bregvadze and the unique Vakhtang Kikabidze. They played heroes celebrating a golden wedding.

The inimitable and enchanting views of Georgia played the most important role in the cinema - the narrow streets, mountain ranges and, of course, the widest hospitality of the indigenous people. According to director Rezo, for a long time he dreamed of shooting a picture in Georgia. And then the dream came true.

In the film “Love with an Accent” (the actors emphasized this fact at every opportunity), there is no politics, but love - sincere, pure - abounds. Even during the filming, the director, imbued with a general atmosphere, led Nadezhda Mikhalkova down the aisle.

Among relatives and friends

The faithful son of his Fatherland, Rezo, not only shot the film “Love with an Accent,” the actors and roles of which became popular after the release of the movie, exclusively in their native land, but also almost all the characters were embodied on the screen by his relatives, friends and relatives of friends. Moreover, they all turned out to be very talented people. Dramatically, all the episodes-short stories that made up the timing of the picture are equal, but thanks to the talent of Anna Mikhalkova, the sister-in-law of the director, “Helga from Vilnius” became the main one. And from it already, like the sun's rays, all the other storylines of the comedy film "Love with an Accent" diverge. The actors who played the main roles in the remaining short stories, sympathetic to this castling. The wife of the director Nadezhda Mikhalkova, in contrast to her older sister, is not the main, but the most romantic. Decently for the debutante played Svetlana Bondarchuk. Her heroine with a "media" face, it turns out, also knows how to cry. Together with Yankovsky, Bondarchuk managed to convey all the feelings of a married couple trying to save love, which has almost disappeared into their glamorous life.

With national color

The romantic comedy “Love with an Accent”, whose actors are an international group, cannot be compared with the classic Mimono tape, but for the domestic subgenre of rum, this is truly an achievement. The degree of stereotypicity and kindness of the picture is at the level of Soviet classics, but at the same time, the movie, fortunately, never demonstrates frank falsity, honestly observing the canons invented by the creators. The film “Love with an Accent”, the actors of which are similar to a big friendly family, is a comedy that is truly kind, but at the same time soundly shot, witty and well-made. The director Rezo Gigineishvili managed to create a remarkable project, demonstrating his sincere kindness very unobtrusively, in contrast to the already made-up “Carlson”.
