Zucchini - healthy and tasty vegetables that grow in large quantities in the gardens every year. How to cook them so that the whole family is happy and well fed? Of course, it is difficult to imagine a better cooking option than zucchini in a slow cooker stuffed with meat or vegetable filling. This option is more useful than frying, and you can make it faster. In addition, you do not have to stand at the hot plate, which is also a plus.
First recipeStuffed zucchini in a slow cooker will turn out juicy and tasty. You will need one medium-sized vegetable, about 300 g of minced meat, onion, spices, salt, hard cheese for sprinkling. Rinse the zucchini thoroughly and peel with a peeler. Cut into small pieces no larger than five centimeters. If the vegetable is young and soft, peeling it is optional. Gently remove the pulp with a spoon, leaving a bottom for each piece. Take the minced meat and fill it with "cups" of zucchini. Second recipeYou can try not just zucchini stuffed with minced meat, cook in a slow cooker, but add rice and light tomato sauce to the dish. You will need 300 g of meat, two zucchini, one egg, salt, a vegetable mixture, pepper, two glasses of water, mayonnaise, garlic, a glass of rice, four tomatoes, an onion. Take a pan, fill it with water and after boiling, pour rice. Boil it until half cooked and leave to drain in a colander. Before you cook zucchini in a slow cooker stuffed with this filling, prepare minced meat by adding vegetables, an egg and cooled rice to it. Salt and pepper, mix everything. Add garlic and mayonnaise. At the zucchini, cut the ends, cut the vegetables in half and gently clean the seeds and the middle. Add the pulp of the vegetable, taken from the middle, to the forcemeat, mix thoroughly, and then put the filling in the prepared halves. Finely chop the onions and tomatoes and fry them until tender in vegetable oil. Add a glass of water and simmer a little. Put zucchini in the prepared sauce. In a slow cooker, stuffed vegetables should be poured with a glass of liquid and turn on the “baking” mode for 60 minutes. To taste, you can sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
