Already in November 1941, Oleg was seriously injured, from which he was recovering for a long time. The wound made it impossible for his further participation in the hostilities.
When he recovered, he was transferred to the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Until 1944, the young man worked as a draftsman in a mechanical plant. He returned to his hometown in June 1944.
Education, Theater
In the same year, Oleg Golubitsky entered VGIK, which was his cherished childhood dream. The course was recruited by Julius Raizman, who considered the young man promising. During his student years, Oleg was focused on his studies. He never took the opportunity to star in a movie, because he wanted to first hone his skills. Already in 1949, Golubitsky was awarded a diploma.
The graduate was accepted into the staff of the Theater-Studio of the film actor. This place became Golubitsky’s home, he didn’t even think about moving. In different years he was involved in the following productions:
