To prepare the dish you will need onions, bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes and garlic - all one by one (per 1 serving). Also take 0.5 kg of sea fish fillet, seasoning and 4 potatoes.

Divide the fish into medium-sized slices. Salt and pepper. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes, carrot into slices, onion and tomato into rings, and pepper into thin strips. Pepper and salt the layers a little. Wrap the foil so that you get an envelope. Close the edges well and squeeze the bundle so that it becomes dense.
