Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Form future cakes on it. If you don’t have a pastry bag, use a bag or file, and also use a spoon, two spoons is enough for one cake.

Spread the cakes at a distance of about 4-6 cm from each other, since during the baking process they will rise and expand.

Billets are baked for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. If necessary, lower the temperature to 150 degrees and bake another 15 minutes. Do not forget that the oven must be preheated in advance.

Filling
