How to cook mullet fish ?

In order to cook stuffed mullet, you will need the following components: a kilogram of fresh mullet, two and three pieces of onion, a kilogram of mushrooms, a glass of buckwheat, parsley, dill, three chicken eggs.
Rinse the mullet and clean it. Carefully incise the head, remove the intestines, but the abdomen should remain intact. Now finally cut off the head, carefully remove the skin from the fish. Rinse the stocking resulting from fish skin.
Next, carefully cut the fish off the skin, but so that the βstockingβ is not damaged. Separate the bones from the fillet, and twist the fillet in a meat grinder, chop the peeled onions and fry in a skillet.
