Mushrooms will need two hundred grams, potatoes - one and a half kilograms. Two onions and breadcrumbs are also needed. You also need a culinary thread to bind zraz. Before cooking, turn on the oven so that it has time to heat up well. From turkey meat, cut four thin flat schnitzels, beat them off, putting them in a plastic bag, with a hammer. For the minced meat, mix the mushrooms, toasted nuts, melted butter, cheese and defrosted spinach. Then it remains only to wrap the filling in an envelope of meat, fix it with a thread, fry in butter, drizzle with wine and bake until cooked.
