Then grated carrots are poured into the onion - two large root crops. When the carrot chips soften, pieces of chicken (600 grams) are added and left until a crust appears. Next, four chopped garlic cloves, favorite spices and, after stirring, two full glasses of rice are laid. Pour enough water so that it overlaps the level of the cereal on the finger. The lid closes, the mode switches to "Pilaf". When the timer rings, the program switches to heating, and the dish is infused for about ten minutes.
Chicken Breast with Rice and Mushrooms
Not got a slow cooker? It does not matter, to get a delicious dish, a regular stove is enough. For example, a chicken breast with rice cooked in a pan will leave an unforgettable experience with eaters.
A pound of breast is cut into cubes, salted, pepper, left for five minutes, and then breaded in flour. It is necessary to fry the chicken over medium heat, stirring until even tan. Then the meat is removed from the pan, and in its place the cubes of two onions are laid. They are stewed until soft, after which quarters of a third of a kilogram of champignons are poured into the frying pan, and all together they are fried for another six minutes. Then the breast returns to the pan and immediately half a liter of sour cream of medium fat content is poured. Stewing continues until the sauce thickens; this time is enough to cook rice. Garnish with chicken directly on the plate and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Cheese, tomatoes, rice, chicken
It turns out equally delicious chicken breast with rice in the oven. For this delicacy, cereals are again cooked separately, until crisp. The only caveat: in addition to salt, rice must also be seasoned with pepper, adding it just before the readiness.
The breast is cut across into rather thick slices (3-4 pieces are obtained), slightly beaten, salted and peppered. Chops are fried over high heat, so that the crust appears, but inside the meat was not quite ready. They fold into a baking dish or simply into a deep skillet. Half a centimeter thick tomato circles are placed on top, and chopped parsley mixed with crushed garlic is placed on them. Top construction is thinly smeared with sour cream and generously sprinkled with grated cheese. It will be baked for about six minutes. Readiness can be determined by the color of the cheese crust. Chops are placed on a large plate and garnished with rice, which can be sprinkled with herbs.
