Fried pies in a pan,

Surely every person at least once in his life ate pies fried in a pan. However, not everyone tried to fry them. In fact, there is nothing complicated, because there are enough recipes. Almost every housewife uses her own. The pies in the pan, the recipe of which I will tell you today, turn out to be incredibly tasty and airy, you can eat a lot of them, so if you want to keep your waist, please kindly refrain.

So, let's begin. In order for the pies fried in the pan to be tasty, it is necessary that the dough from which they are prepared is tender and fresh. The dough for pies in a pan is made quite simply, the main thing is to have all the necessary ingredients, namely:

  • 2 kilograms of wheat flour;
  • 2-3 eggs, granulated sugar;
  • vegetable oil;
  • yeast 4 tablespoons;
  • kefir - 400g.

Before you start kneading the dough, do not forget to prepare a small bowl of clean water. Our dough will be sticky, and water will come in handy for washing it off your hands.

Now, actually, the process itself

Pour in a small container a little kefir, preferably heated, if not, then sour milk will come down. Add there 1 cup sugar and 1 - 2 pinches of salt, not more. We don’t want our pans fried in a pan to be impossible to eat? With your hands or a tablespoon, mix the contents properly, so that a homogeneous mixture is obtained . Now you need yeast. While adding flour, knead the dough. In order for the dough to turn out good and quickly come up, only fresh yeast is needed. The dough should not be too thick. Ideally, if it is something like a dough for pancakes, only a little thicker. Once finished, cover the container with the dough lid and place it somewhere in a warm, dark place so that it fits.

While our dough is rising, take 2 eggs, beat until thick foam and, as soon as the dough is cooked, pour the resulting foam. In addition, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil so that the pies are fragrant. Mix well again. Well, now a little secret. Use a bag of vanilla sugar. Pour its contents into the dough, add flour and stir again. After about 15 minutes, put the finished dough on the board, roll. Then carefully put the dough back into the pan or bowl, after sprinkling flour on the bottom. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

Let's talk about the stuffing

You can, of course, stick to the classic version: potatoes, cabbage, meat, however, let's experiment. I suggest taking raspberries, apples or other fruits as a basis. Cut them into small pieces, almost gruel should turn out. Although it should be noted that the filling can be any, absolutely to your taste and color. While we were filling, our dough should have come up. If so, remove it and put it on the board.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and roll it on the board so that the thickness of each sheet does not exceed 2-3 mm. Do not worry, during the frying process they will increase significantly in size, and the filling will not come out. Cut the pieces of dough as you want and put the filling on the middle, and on top of it half, or even a whole (for sweeties), a spoonful of granulated sugar. Now a very important and crucial moment. The edges of the pie should be properly sealed. The fact is that the pies fried in a pan will practically float in oil, and that they would not burst, take care of this in advance. Well, that’s basically it. Case for small. Use a deep frying pan, pour oil and wait until it is heated. After that, dip the pies into it. Frying time is not more than 6-8 minutes, otherwise they will become too fat. Serve the pies on a plate, and remember: the more the better, because their taste is simply extraordinary!
