Vsevolod Abdulov was born in a good artistic family. His father was the very popular actor Osip Naumovich Abdulov (1900-1953).
Mom Elizabeth Moiseevna Metelskaya also belonged to the artistic environment. The family devoted much time and creativity to working on the radio.
Parents
A father, ally and friend of such world-famous theater stars as Zavadsky, Plyatt, Maretskaya, Ranevskaya (all worked together in the school-studio of Yuri Zavadsky), from 1924 he worked on the radio as an actor, later became a director, known for many popular productions. It was he who was the organizer of an art broadcast radio for children.
Mom was the author of the productions, including the famous "Green Van" with Vladimir Vysotsky in the role of Handsome. Marina Vlady in her memoirs described this woman as a beautiful elderly lady who was fluent in classic French.
Father died an old man, but, given the fact that his close friend was Solomon Mikhoels, "accidentally" hit by a car in 1948, it is surprising and encouraging that Osip Abdulov, known to the older generation as John Silver from the first adaptation of Treasure Island ", Survived until 1953. He starred in all the popular films of that time, such as" Pig and Shepherd "," The Bright Way "and many others.
Famous voiceover
Vsevolod Abdulov was an 11-year-old boy when his father died, who managed to convey to his son his love for acting. There were three children in this wonderful family, but two sons died before the war. Born in 1942, Seva was a gift of fate, and kept it like the apple of an eye. His mother brought him up herself, not trusting the nannies, and his father's friends began to invite a handsome boy to appear in children's roles. In addition, Seva (as his relatives called him to old age) from the age of 11 began to earn extra money by dubbing.

And in total for his acting life, Vsevolod Abdulov voiced the heroes of foreign films - 139, animated films - 40, computer games - 6. The first film, in the dubbing of which was attended by little Seva, was the sensational Hungarian film "A Mug of Beer" released on the screens in 1955. The last film in which the actor’s voice sounded was “Meeting Place. 20 years later ”, (2001). Posthumously, in 2005 the film "How the Idols Left" was released. His voice sounded there too.
Lifelong friend
The first major movie role happened in 1960. The film was called Wait for Letters. Many have remembered a beautiful, intelligent, deeply decent boy with a mole on his cheek. In the same year, Vsevolod Abdulov submits documents to several famous theater universities in Moscow. He goes through the competition to the famous "Pike" and to GITIS, but not to the coveted Moscow Art Theater School. And then V. Vysotsky appears in his fate, who helped him get into the coveted institute. According to other sources, V. Abdulov had crossed paths with V. Vysotsky before, who taught him the skills needed for admission.
Devotion to friendship and deep decency
One way or another, but the friendship that struck up between Vladimir Vysotsky and Vsevolod Abdulov, strong and real, bound them for life. It should be noted that the theme of friendship with the idol Vsevolod Osipovich never exploited - no memoirs, interviews and memories, which indicates the deep decency of Vsevolod Osipovich, his intelligence and education. But after the death of V. Vysotsky who just did not share his memories and did not enlist himself in his friends. And Abdulov was silent, because he really felt the pain of loss, which he could not and did not want to throw out to the public. And there was something to tell. Not only Marina Vlady and Vladimir Vysotsky lived for a long time in the Abdulov’s apartment, but the other famous Polyakov sisters loved to come and chat with Seva’s mother in French.
Theatrical career
Actor Vsevolod Abdulov starred in 40 films, but for some reason his work is most often indicated by S. Govorukhin in the film "The meeting place cannot be changed."
Indeed, in the role of Petyuni Soloviev, the actor is very good, but in other roles he is wonderful. In general, Abdulov often starred with S. Govorukhin. After graduating from the studio, the actor served in the famous Taganka Theater, then at the Moscow Art Theater.
Participation in the legendary performance
Vsevolod Osipovich’s parents are considered the “last of the Mohicans” of the Silver Age. The boy, like a sponge, absorbed conversations about the culture and art of the guests of this hospitable house. Rumors circulated about their famous and unique library. V. Abdulov himself, a well-read and erudite person, knew Russian literature very well and read wonderful poems by Pasternak, Akhmatova and Tsvetaeva. Therefore, he so organically fit into the performance-legend "Solo for watches with a fight." It was a gift made by artistic director Oleg Efremov to the great “old people” of the Art Theater - Mikhail Yanshin and Alexei Gribov, Olga Androvskaya, Mark Prudkin and Victor Stanitsyn. It was a play bomb. And Vsevolod Abdulov did not get lost on the background of great actors.
Car accident
After the collapse of the theater in 1987, Vsevolod Abdulov was in the troupe of Doronina, but because of the difficult atmosphere, he could not work there and devoted himself completely to radio. And he was sick by then. In 1977, a tragedy happened with Vsevolod Abdulov. The car, which was driven by the actor, as a result of the front wheel exploded, turned over 6 times, fell into a ditch. It happened in the fall near Baku. For 21 days he was in a coma, and even when consciousness returned, doctors considered him "unpromising." V. Abdulov was recovering for a long time, and only in the spring did the actor recover. But the consequences of a terrible accident was the deterioration of memory, as a result of which later the actor refused the proposed roles in order not to let his colleagues down.
Moscow "Don Juan"
Vsevolod Abdulov (photo attached) was a very interesting man, witty and charming. Women liked him, but he, according to the testimony of friends, was a terrible womanizer. He married in his first year at a student at the University. Bauman. In this marriage, his only child was born - daughter Julia. The marriage broke up after two years. Vsevolod Osipovich always fell in love passionately, suffered and suffered, then burned out. Women were of different ages and social backgrounds. In the last years of his life, he was alone. But nearby was the daughter Julia.
Leaving life
The actor died from a rare disease - gastric aortic infarction. But they found out about it after the autopsy. Vsevolod Abdulov, whose biography ended in 2002, did not reach the rank of his closest friend, Vladimir Vysotsky. They were not even honored artists of the republic.
A talented artist and an unsurpassed master of dubbing was buried next to his father, People's Artist of the RSFSR and Stalin Prize laureate Osip Abdulov, at Vvedensky Cemetery. He left a daughter, granddaughter and great-grandson. Rod continues.
