The cake will be original if you take 2 cups flour, 4 tablespoons butter, 2 eggs, a pack of dried yeast, a pinch of salt, a quarter cup of milk, salted fish (sprat, herring), 300 g of boiled rice, 2 onions and black pepper to make it . First, the dough is prepared.

In warm milk, yeast should be diluted first. Then eggs, salt and flour are added there. Now you can knead the dough. As soon as a steep, elastic mass is obtained, oil is added there and once again everything is mixed. For about an hour and a half, the dough is left alone in a warm place so that it rises.

In this case, exclusively salted fish is used as a filling for the pie . It is desirable that it be slightly salted. Otherwise, it can always be soaked for 2 hours. The pulp of the fish must be separated from the seeds and cut into pieces. Rice is boiled in advance, and onions are cut into thin rings. And now, the filling is ready. It remains only to form a cake.

From the test, you should make a layer that is divided in half. One part is transferred to a pan or baking sheet. Rice, onions and then only pieces of fish are laid out on top. It would be nice to flavor everything with pepper. Finally, cover the filling with the second half of the dough by pinching the edges of the pie. For the filling, you should take a can of saury, half a can of mayonnaise, onion and half a glass of boiled rice.

First, rice is boiled. In the meantime, you can knead the dough. To do this, beat eggs, mayonnaise and sour cream. Soda and flour are also added here. The dough turns out liquidish. Half the mass is poured into a cake pan. Rice is stacked on top. Canned food is kneaded in a separate container, combined with finely chopped onions and mayonnaise. This minced fish is spread on top of rice. The remaining half of the dough is poured again. So he gets into the oven. The cake is very tender and unusual.

Kefir fish pie

For a delicious fish pie you need an airy dough, which is easy to prepare if you add kefir to it. So, in order to bake a fish pie, you need to take 2 cups of kefir, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 cups flour, soda and salt (for a teaspoon) for the test. To create the filling, you will need 2 cans of canned fish, an onion head, and boiled rice.

First, beat the eggs with salt with a mixer. Kefir, soda and flour are added, and then mayonnaise. All mix thoroughly. It turns out batter.

The filling is very easy to prepare. Onion is chopped finely. Canned food with butter and boiled rice are also placed here. Everything mixes well. Half of the dough is laid out in a greased form, the whole filling is put on top, and it is covered with the rest of the dough. After 30 minutes the cake is ready!

Fish layer cake

Puff pastry makes wonderful dishes, including pies. For cooking, take a packet of puff pastry, 300 g of fish fillet, 2 onion heads, 4 potatoes, olive oil, pepper and salt, as well as 1 egg.

Before assembling the pie, you need to prepare the filling. For this, fish fillet is finely cut separately. Onions are chopped in half rings, but potatoes are chopped with thin plastics.

The dough is divided into 2 halves and rolled out. One part is placed on a baking sheet. A fish is laid on top, which salts and peppers. The second layer is the onion. Finally, potatoes are laid, which also salts and peppers. The second half of the dough covers the entire filling on top. Do not forget to fix the edges of the pie. It is advisable to grease the pie with a beaten egg so that it is more lightly browned in the oven. It takes about 40 minutes to bake the dish.
