Worms in children: how to deal with it?

3. PCR (polymerase chain reaction), immunological methods - a very reliable diagnostic method. Currently not widely used due to the complexity and high cost.

ART (autonomic resonance test) detects parasites at any stage of its development using electromagnetic frequencies. Its effectiveness has not been fully proven. Used in some medical centers.

What to do if worms are found in a child or adult?

To cure worms in children, the use of anthelminthic drugs is not enough at all. In combination with medicines, personal hygiene rules by all family members must be strictly observed. Clean your house daily with detergents. Soft toys must be kept daily in frost or bright sun for about three hours. Wash clothes at a temperature of at least 60 degrees, iron it on both sides and regularly change underwear and bedding.

In case worms are found in children, treatment should be combined with the procedure: help them thoroughly wash the fingernails of the fingers with soap and brush, cut their nails. This is especially necessary to do on the second and third day of treatment, when the number of eggs released is maximum. Make it a rule to regularly wash your baby before and after sleep. Give the children individual towels.
