Jeanine. Instruction manual

Janine is a low-dose, monophasic, oral, combined-type estrogen-progestogen contraceptive.

The contraceptive effect is achieved through three complementary mechanisms. In particular, when taking the medication, the suppression of ovulation is carried out at the level of the hypothalamic-pituitary regulation, the properties of the cervical secretion are changed in such a way that it becomes impermeable to spermatozoa, as well as endometrial changes that impede the process of egg implantation (fertilized).

Describing the drug "Janine", the instruction indicates that women who take contraceptives (oral) of a combined type have a more regular menstrual cycle, the intensity of bleeding decreases, and soreness against the background of menstruation is less common. As a result of taking, the probability of iron deficiency anemia is reduced.
