When the water boils, salt it, add the bay leaf, a couple of peas of pepper, pour the juice of one lemon. Throw shrimp. Cooking time depends on the size of the crustaceans. Raw large shrimps cook 8 minutes, medium - five. And if you bought a package of boiled and newly frozen seafood, measure exactly two minutes. Do not rush to catch crustaceans with a slotted spoon. Let them still swim in hot water - so their meat will become juicier.

With avocados, things are much simpler. If the fruit is ripe, then with the separation of the pulp from the skin, problems will not arise. Cut the fetus in half as soon as possible. Rotate in halves until they separate. We hit hard on the bone with the handle of a knife. Then we press on it with your finger and fidget until the flesh gives the seed away.
