Cover the onion with mayonnaise. Then boiled eggs are sorted into proteins and yolks. Rub the proteins and spread the next layer, and grease the mayonnaise on top. Next, grate any of the hard cheeses and lay another layer of salad, which on top will be covered with mayonnaise again. We complete the salad with yolks grated and laid on top of mayonnaise.
