Turkey is deservedly considered a wonderful dietary meat, from which you can cook an incredible amount of dishes. All parts of the carcass of this bird have high culinary properties, but it is the turkey fillet, the recipes for which are given in this article, is the most popular part. Potato cakes and turkey fillet. This dish is a little unusual, but very tasty. There are several options. Recipes for this dish in different sources may vary slightly. This option will allow you to enjoy crispy cakes, and fragrant, tender turkey pork baked in the oven.

To prepare such a dish, you need 0.6 kg of fillet, 2 eggs, 1 kg of potato, a bunch of chives, salt, a tablespoon of ground ginger, ground pepper, 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

Cooking can be divided into several stages

1. Washed and peeled potatoes are rubbed on a fine grater. Washed onions need to be dried and cut into rings. Potatoes, onions, eggs and ginger are thoroughly mixed. The resulting mass is salted and peppered.

2. Vegetable mass is divided in half, after which one half is divided into 4 parts. Each part is molded into thin cakes, which are fried for 4 minutes in oil on both sides. Fried cakes are laid out in a baking oven lined with parchment for baking, heated to 180 Β° C.

3. Turkey fillet, the cooking recipes of which are very diverse, washed and dried. The meat is divided into 4 identical parts, rubbed with pepper and salt. On the potato cakes spread 1 part of the fillet and cover with the remaining potato mass. Bake the dish in a preheated to medium temperature oven for about half an hour. Turkey fillet in a creamy sauce with mushrooms - a delicious and delicious dish. It will require 0.4 kg of meat, onion, carrot, 200 g of sour cream, 3 tbsp of butter and vegetable oil, 100 g of mushrooms, ground pepper and salt. Turkey fillet, the recipes for which are given here, are cut into small sticks. Separately, chopped onions, carrots, turkey fillets and mushrooms are fried in vegetable and butter. With this cooking, the dish has a richer flavor. In a deep saucepan all the ingredients of the dish are mixed. Sour cream, pepper and salt are added to them. Baked turkey fillet with curry. This recipe allows you to get not only tasty, but also spectacular looking meat. For this dish, foil is prepared on which turkey fillet is laid, carefully rubbed with pepper, salt and sprinkled with curry. The edges of the foil must be bent. The meat is baked at a temperature of 220 Β° C in the oven for about 40 minutes. The baked turkey filet is removed from the oven and the foil is opened, revealing the top of the filet. Open meat is baked for another 20 minutes. Ready-made fillet can be eaten in any form and with any side dishes.

A very spicy dish is prepared from turkey fillet, recipes in wine-tomato spicy sauce. For this dish you need 0.5 kg of fillet, onion, a clove of garlic, 10 ml of vegetable oil, red and black ground pepper, 15 g of flour, 75 ml of red wine, 0.4 kg of canned chopped tomatoes.

Peeled and finely chopped garlic and onions are placed in a heat-resistant pan. Pour the vegetables with oil and cook in the oven for 5 minutes at medium temperature. Peppers (black and red), flour, tomatoes and wine are added to the onion. All this is cooked for 5 minutes. All ingredients should be mixed thoroughly. Lay the fillet for vegetables and cook it in the oven under a closed lid for another 20 minutes.
