Grocery set:

  • 0.5 kg of mushrooms (champignons are suitable);
  • one onion;
  • 6 chicken thighs;
  • 3/4 cup sour cream;
  • a little black pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking Instructions:

1. We wash the champignons with water, clean them of dirt and debris, cut into plates. Remove the husk from the onion. Grind its flesh (preferably half rings).
