How to make iced tea?

Iced tea with ginger
Soda (1/8 small spoon) is added to boiling water, then tea (7-8 small tablespoons) and ginger (35 - 40 g). The ingredients are mixed and infused in a pot or ceramic bowl with a lid for about ten minutes. Then the tea is filtered, sugar or honey is added to taste. When it cools to room temperature, it can be refrigerated. Served with ice, garnished with lemon slices.
Iced green tea
15-16 small spoons of green tea with mint are poured with boiling water and infused for 6-8 minutes. Tea needs to be filtered, and then add sugar to taste. Then, after mixing the juice of one lemon with boiled water, you need to dilute it to get the optimal taste and refrigerate. When serving tea, you can garnish with sprigs of mint.
