It can be called a masterpiece of cooking, as in the sushi pizza recipe you can make your own changes regarding the ingredients and their quantity. SUSHI PIZZA MARINE

We pay special attention to rice

For the preparation of sushi pizza "Marine" it is necessary to use a variety of rice for the base, which, as usual, is used to make sushi. It holds its shape perfectly and will not crumble during slicing.

RICE FOR SUSHI

The most common variety is Nishiki. It can be found in any supermarket. It has an almost round shape, high gluten content. When boiled, it becomes dazzling white. And how to cook it is written on the packaging. It can be replaced, for example, with Mistral rice.

List of Essential Ingredients

Prepare for pizza base:

  • boiled rice until cooked - 1 tbsp .;
  • hard cheese - 40 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • olive oil;
  • a pinch of salt.

For the top layer (filling), prepare:

  • fillet of red salted fish - 100 g;
  • peeled squid - 3 pcs.;
  • shrimp - 6 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 80 g;
  • pickled cucumber - 80 g;
  • Bulgarian pepper - ΒΌ pc;
  • tomato paste - 80 g;
  • spice;
  • greens;
  • salt.

Step by step recipe

Now we pass to the basic manipulations. Below is a sushi pizza recipe already tested by the hostesses and professionals. Therefore, stick to the sequence:

  1. To prepare the cake in a small but deep container, put the rice, finely grated cheese and beaten egg. Salt and mix everything gently.
  2. Lubricate the mold with oil and put the cooked mass into a round baking dish.
  3. We put in the oven preheated to 180 Β° C for five minutes.
  4. While rice is being prepared for sushi, we are doing the filling. We cut the fish, squid and sweet pepper into medium-sized cubes, and the cucumber - into small ones.
  5. When the cake is baked, take out and evenly smear its surface with tomato paste. Then we distribute all the slices on top. Sprinkle it with grated cheese, spread the shrimp at the same distance on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Now again, the cake with the filling we leave in the oven preheated to 180 Β° C for 15 minutes.

When the allotted time has passed, all the ingredients of the filling should be covered with melted cheese. Carefully separate the adhered cheese from the walls of the mold, take out the pizza. Sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top. The dish can be served on the table both hot and cold - it does not lose its taste.

The presented sushi pizza recipe used the basic ingredients of seafood. If desired, they can be replaced with those components that are in the local supermarket. And vegetables, spices and herbs, take those that are in the refrigerator.
