Not every housewife knows the recipe for bakelash. After all, such baked pies with potatoes and meat are a national dish of Bashkir cuisine. It is worth noting that the method of their preparation is almost identical to the way a regular chicken is prepared.

For its preparation, thick sour cream (preferably homemade) should be put in a bowl and thoroughly beat with a whisk with eggs, a glass of kefir, softened cream margarine, sodium chloride, baking soda and sugar. After that, a sufficient amount of wheat flour should be put into the liquid mass and knead a thick dough that will stick well from the hands. It is advisable to pack the resulting base for a while in a plastic bag.

  • fatty fresh veal - 350 g;
  • small onions - 3 pcs.;
  • dill and parsley (dried) - 1 teaspoon each;
  • leek - 8-10 shooters;

  • allspice (red) pepper - a few pinches.

Filling process

The vaccine recipe recommends using only fatty and fresh calf meat for the filling. It must be washed, cut off all the hard films, cut into pieces and chopped together with onions in a meat grinder.
