Classic sauce recipe

To prepare it, we need half a kilogram of fresh strawberries, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and the same amount of sugar.

Before preparing the sauce, strawberries must be peeled and thoroughly washed. At the next stage, add sugar and lemon juice to the berry. We mix all the ingredients with a blender. The resulting mixture must be wiped through a sieve and mixed well. We put in the refrigerator for cooling. Everything, the strawberry sauce is ready.

To prepare it, we need 150 g of red wine, 2 tablespoons of brandy, about 20 pieces of medium-sized strawberries, half an orange, a pinch of cinnamon, 2 pieces of cloves, one lemon, as well as one lime, 1 teaspoon of mustard and the same amount of butter , a pinch of brown sugar, 4 tablespoons of water.

Cooking this sauce is not difficult. For six servings of dessert, you will need half a cup of boiled water, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 cups of strawberries.

Water must be mixed with sugar and put on fire. Bring to a boil and boil for about 3 minutes. Next, add pre-washed and chopped strawberries to the syrup. Cook until the berries are soft. Cooked strawberries need to be passed through a blender, add the remaining fresh strawberries. When serving dessert, strawberry sauce can be garnished with a mint leaf on top. This will give Panacotta a touch of freshness.
