Cauliflower in tomato

It will take a kilogram of cabbage, 20 g of salt and sugar, 750 g of tomatoes, half a small spoon of coriander and a few grains of allspice. Cabbage with nuts
We take 700 g of cabbage, 200 g of onion, 30 g of salt, two tablespoons of vinegar and 100 g of walnuts. We sort cabbage into inflorescences and blanch for about 5 minutes. Add chopped onions and garlic, chopped nuts, spices to it. Mix everything and put into jars. We sterilize them for about 15 minutes and roll up the lids.
