- two kilograms of fresh tomato;
- three kilograms of bell peppers;
- one and a half kilograms of onions (medium or large size);
- two tablespoons of salt;
- one glass of sugar;
- one hundred seventy five milliliters of vinegar 9%;
- two hundred milliliters of vegetable oil.
Cooking
First, prepare the dishes you need to prepare: sterilize jars and lids. Wash vegetables thoroughly. Peel the onions and wash them too. And to avoid tears when working with it, from time to time moisten the knife and onion heads with cold water. Then chop the onion in half rings. Next is the preparation of the bell pepper: peel it from the seeds and rinse it again, so as to surely get rid of all the excess. After that, cut it into thin slices.
Now cut the tomatoes into small pieces and, folding in a pan, cook for half an hour. After this, grind the resulting mass through a sieve-colander - so you should get about one and a half liters of tomato juice.
Then in the boiled juice you need to add salt and sugar, vegetable oil with vinegar. After that, he should boil again. And when this happens, put the bell peppers and onions. Next, bring the contents of the pan to a boil again and cook for about fifteen minutes over medium heat.

- two to three medium carrots;
- fifty grams of vegetable oil;
- salt (add to taste);
- one hundred grams of sugar;
- one or one and a half tablespoons of vinegar 9%;
- three bay leaves;
- three cloves of garlic.
Cooking workpiece
First sterilize the jars and dry. Peel and wash the vegetables thoroughly. Then twist the tomatoes in a meat grinder, and cut the pepper into two or four slices. Next, cut the onion into half rings, then the carrots into oblong slices, then grate it on a coarse grater.

- eight hundred grams of onions;
- one and a half kilograms of carrots;
- two hundred grams of sugar;
- one tablespoon of salt;
- one hundred grams of vegetable oil;
- one tablespoon of vinegar 70%.
Cooking salad
First you need to separate the tomato juice from the tomato using a juicer, and if you do not have it, you can twist them in a meat grinder. Then cut the onions not very large, and chop the hot pepper as finely as possible.
Pour tomato juice into a saucepan, add onion, bell pepper and put it to simmer over medium heat. Fry coarsely chopped carrots under a lid in vegetable oil until it becomes softer, remembering to stir, so as not to burn and fry evenly. Next, chop the bell pepper as you want.
Leave the boiled juice to simmer for twenty minutes, but do not cover the pan with a lid. Then add carrots, bell peppers, sugar, salt and fifty grams of oil. When the resulting mixture boils, boil for ten minutes.
Then pour the vinegar and cook for another five minutes, constantly stirring the lecho with onions. Then put the salad in hot sterilized jars and close them. And at the end, turn the lid down, wrap it with a blanket and leave for a day.
