Meat strudel recipe

Add the potatoes cut in the cups, salt and fill the water so that it covers the potatoes 1/3. Close the stewpan with a lid and bring to a boil. After that, put the strudel on the potatoes and reduce the heat. Close the stewpan with a lid and leave it on fire for another 50 minutes.

Apple strudel recipe

  Ingredients: 3 apples, puff pastry, sugar and ground cinnamon.

Cooking method:

We clear apples from seeds and cut into strips. Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and put the chopped apples there. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar.

Wrap the dough in a roll, spread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes until cooked.

Strudel with nuts recipe

Dried Fruit Strudel Recipe

  Ingredients: 150 grams of puff pastry (ready to buy), 150 grams of dried fruit and nuts to taste, one pear, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk, 50 grams of cookies (dried), 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar , 50 g chocolate crumbs, a teaspoon of chopped lemon peel, 2 tablespoons of orange juice.

Nuts with dried fruits need to be crushed with a blender not to powder, but to medium pieces. Add shortbread cookies (previously crumbled), a little butter, chocolate chips, diced pear cubes to this mixture. Then add the zest of lemon and orange juice, mix everything until the ingredients are evenly distributed in the total mass.

Lay the dough on the table, lay the cooked filling on top of it, leaving an indent along the edges. Moisten the edges with water and wrap the dough in a roll, close the ends. Place the strudel on a baking sheet covered in butter and covered with parchment paper.
