Gourmet Salad
Ingredients: 500 g of sea kale, 1 large bell pepper, 1 onion, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
Cooking process: start the preparation of sea cabbage by scaling boiled onion with boiling water in rings. We rinse it with cold water so that the bitterness is gone. Cut the pepper into small pieces, mix with seaweed and onions. We season the salad with vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
Unusual Salad
Ingredients: 400 g squid, 400 g seaweed, 150 g pumpkin, 1 fresh cucumber, 1 egg, vegetable oil, salt, pepper.
Preparation: boil squids for 5 minutes, peel and cut into strips. Boil the pulp of the pumpkin (without the peel) in the broth, which remains from the cooking of squid, after which we also cut into strips. Chop the egg and cucumber. Mix seaweed with other products and season with vegetable oil. If desired, fresh squids can be replaced with canned ones.
Salad “Sea kale with mushrooms”
Ingredients: 1 cup seaweed, 10 champignons (medium size), 2 eggs, 1 onion, 1 tbsp sour cream, 2 small pickles, mayonnaise, salt, pepper.
Preparation: Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry with finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. Grind eggs and cucumbers, mix with seaweed and mushrooms. Cooking dressing: mix sour cream with a little mayonnaise. Dress the salad. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.

Salad "Simple"
Ingredients: 300 g of sea kale, 2-3 eggs, green onions, mayonnaise.
Preparation: boil eggs, chop, mix with seaweed and green onions. Salad dressing with mayonnaise.
Salad “For a figure”
Ingredients: 150 g of sea kale, 50 g of walnut, 50 prunes, 50 g of raisins, vegetable oil.
Preparation: wash and chop walnuts, prunes and raisins lightly steam in hot water, cut into small pieces. Mix everything, season with vegetable (olive) oil.
Salad "Sea thing"
Ingredients: 150 g of sea kale, 2 medium apples, 2 fresh cucumbers, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 2 sprigs of celery, 3 tbsp low-fat sour cream, salt, pepper.
Preparation: Rinse all vegetables well. Grate apples and carrots, cut the tomato and cucumbers into cubes. Mix everything with seaweed and let the salad stand for 5 minutes. Season with sour cream and, if desired, sprinkle with celery on top.
